For better or for worse, managers have contact with our lives in different ways. Routine administration is required in schools, hospitals, government agencies and large and small companies. Formally defined, management is the process of working with others and through them to achieve organizational goals effectively and ethically. From the perspective of organizational behavior, the center of this definition is "working with others and through others." Managers have a role in constant evolution.

The decision to terminate the employment contract is one of the things which, in practice, causes more problems to the employer, not only because if the dismissal is unfair may be compelled to reinstate or indemnify the worker depending on his/her decision, but because a arbitrary dismissal causes natural concern reaction of other workers. And if it is justified, the employer must know how to set the dismissal and the procedure for doing so in order not to incur in legal responsibility.
